Can I secure a date without a deposit?
We are unable to secure your event date without a deposit as our books fill up quickly.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I purchase my own balloons?
De’Luxe Balloons provides all base materials needed to construct your balloon décor, as we only use high quality latex.
Do you have an order minimum?
We only provide balloon installation on events more than $250. Anything less would be a Grab & Go and installed by you, with our instructions. Small events also require a minimum budget of $2,600
What is a Grab & Go garland?
Grab and Go’s are budget-friendly balloon garlands designed and constructed by us but installed by you.
How long do your balloons last?
We only use high quality balloons and materials; however, balloons can pop sooner than anticipated. Indoor balloon decorations can last one month or more if they aren’t exposed to direct or extreme heat or cold. However, we cannot guarantee that your balloon décor will last once delivered, installed, or picked up by you. Environmental factors such as heat, direct sunlight, cold and certain surfaces can jeopardize the lifespan of our designs. We make every effort to ensure your balloons last, but some factors are out of our control.
How soon in advance do I need to book?
The sooner you secure your date, the better! Our schedule fills up quickly so it's important to reserve your date when you’re aware of the event date.
My event is less than 1 week away, can you do my balloon décor?
We will try our best depending on our availability. You may be limited to colors and upgrades that are in stock. Payment for last minute bookings will be due upfront and may be subject to a rush booking fee.
How long does installation take?
Installation time depends on the complexity of your balloon décor. The majority of our inflating is done beforehand so we can keep our installation time down. Small events require a minimum setup time of 3 hours
Are your balloons environmentally friendly?
We only use high quality latex and foil balloons. They are natural rubber and 100% biodegradable. We don’t encourage releasing balloons and recommend keeping helium balloons secured with weights. We advocate for proper disposal once popped or deflated.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule your booking within 1 week of your event and apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week prior to the event are only available to be rescheduled if there is an opening on the requested day and time. Deposits are non-refundable

De’Luxe Events is not liable for balloon decor after delivery and setup. We only use the highest quality materials, however some balloons may pop or deflate unexpectedly. Environmental conditions also contribute to factors out of our control.
Travel Fees
Travel Fees will apply to events outside of our local service area (25 miles or greater)
